One of the more effective tools for men attempting to control their use of pornography is to have an accountability partner. A service called Covenant Eyes pioneered this concept but our filtering technology would not work with that service. However we feel that is such an important tool that we have developed a similar feature that will work with Wisechoice. An accountability partner is someone who you will grant the right to look over your shoulder to see where you have been surfing on the web. Naturally if someone such as your wife or your pastor, counselor etc. is able to see your surfing history then you will be less inclined to go to pornographic sites, helping to prevent you from becoming a sex addict or to help curb and hopefully stop your pornography and sex addiction. Wisechoice offers an accountability function in which your designated partner can see the addresses of the sites that you have been accessing for the previous three days. This site cannot be erased. To set up this function you must give us a call at our office between 8:30 and 6:00 Eastern time Monday thorough Friday at 478-738-9927. During this call you will set up a password and obtain a website where your partner can access your information.
